Rent-Track Data Deletion Instructions
If you want your personal data reviewed or deleted from Rent-Track, use the process below.
How to request deletion
- Email johan@envisions.co.za with the subject line Rent-Track Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your account or communications.
- Describe the information you want deleted and your relationship to the relevant property, tenancy, or account.
- We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
Important notes
- Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
- Where full deletion is not legally or operationally possible, data may instead be restricted, anonymized, or retained only as required.
- Deletion of communication records may also depend on connected service providers and their retention policies.
Response process
Requests will be reviewed and handled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, and the scope of the request.
