Rent-Track Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your personal data reviewed or deleted from Rent-Track, use the process below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email johan@envisions.co.za with the subject line Rent-Track Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account or communications.
  3. Describe the information you want deleted and your relationship to the relevant property, tenancy, or account.
  4. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.

Important notes

  • Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
  • Where full deletion is not legally or operationally possible, data may instead be restricted, anonymized, or retained only as required.
  • Deletion of communication records may also depend on connected service providers and their retention policies.

Response process

Requests will be reviewed and handled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, and the scope of the request.
